Annual Homeowners Association Meeting
The Windsong lll Home Owners Association (HOA) schedules an annual meeting in May for all property owners. The president reports the state of the community, the fiscal year’s budget is presented for approval, as well as old and new business is discussed. Reports from each of the committee chairpersons is presented, including, but not limited to Architectural Review, By-Laws and Restrictive Covenants Rules, Community Dock, Grounds, Nominating, and Public Relations. Lunch is typically provided following the meeting.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meet on an annual basis in May and throughout the year as the need arises to provide leadership and direction for the community.
Grounds Committee
The Grounds Committee requests a minimum of one cleanup date, typically in the spring for Common Areas within our community. Additional cleanup dates may be scheduled as necessary to maintain a well groomed community.
